The Countdown to Red Shoe Run is On..
On Friday, December 2nd, join us as we celebrate 50 days until Red Shoe Run! We want YOU to know YOU can truly make a difference for the families who call the Ronald McDonald House “home.”
We have deemed December 2nd, “$50 Day” — Okay, we admit, it’s not an official holiday, but we’re working on it. 😉
On this day, challenge yourself and your team members to raise $50 in 24 hours for RMHC Alabama!
Guess what? If each of the current 175+ Red Shoe Run participants takes part in $50 Day, we have the opportunity to raise over $8,700 for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama in one day! How cool is that? That amount can cover almost 92 nights for a family staying at the House. That is over 3 months! THAT IS HUGE!
Would you believe us if we said we haven’t even gotten to the most exciting part yet?? It’s true …
Participate in our $50 Day and you have the chance to be entered into TWO amazing giveaways.
The TOP fundraiser on December 2nd, will win a NEW Amazon Echo.
Don’t know if you can be the TOP fundraiser? Don’t worry, each participant that raises $50 will be entered into a drawing for an Amazon Prime Membership (or a $100 Amazon Gift Card)!
Okay, now you want to know how to be that Top Fundraiser, don’t ya?
Here’s some tips:
- Share your personal fundraising link on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and send it out via email.
- Challenge your friends, family, co-workers and clients to help you reach the top!
- Use the $50 Day image (download here) to spark interest.
- Use our team ambassadors (here) and our family stories (here) to share why you are raising money.
- THANK everyone that donates – tag them on social media, send a hand-written thank you note, let them know they’re appreciated (because they are!).
