The Student Leadership Council has beaten previous year’s fundraising to net $4,800 at the annual Bowl-a-palooza event. All of these proceeds will go to fund RMHCA’s mission of keeping families together when their child is sick or injured in the hospital.

The students hosted the bowling night at Oak Mountain Lanes on Saturday, April 20, taking over 30 lanes for 3 hours of bowling. Attendees also received a Bowl-a-palooza t-shirt, shoe rental and unlimited soft drinks in their admission.

The students worked  hard this year to gather up exciting items for their raffle including Kendra Scott jewelry, gift cards to favorite local restaurants, a special interior decorators consultation, a coffee lovers gift pack and beautiful Easter basket filled with chocolates and treats.

The students added a luau theme to this year’s event and many showed up in Hawaiian style shirts and leis.
