L.I.F.E. Program

Once a month, RMHCA and Children’s of Alabama join forces to bring expert speakers who can provide information ranging from child development and grief processing to accessing community and state resources. The mission of the L.I.F.E program is for healthcare professionals to educate and support the parents and/or caregivers staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham, Alabama.

In 2015, RMHCA was honored to receive the Hearts and Hands Award from RMHC for this program.

This program is just one small thing that RMHC Alabama can provide families going through a medical crisis and to help them live life to the fullest.
