2022 Day of Change
October 14, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Day of Change
October 15, 1974 is the anniversary of the first Ronald McDonald House to open in the world. Around this date each year, we invite you to celebrate the impact that McDonald’s crew and customers make for families with sick children through the RMHC Donation box and Round-Up programs at McDonald’s. #DayofChange
Your McDonald’s order changes lives when you Round-Up for RMHC.
When you Round-Up for RMHC at your local McDonald’s, your change makes a HUGE impact! You helping to keep families together during a medical crisis can improve quality of life for all family members. Parents can focus on their child’s care instead of worrying about where to sleep or how to pay for groceries.
This year, we need your help to spread the word about how a McDonald’s order can change lives. How?
- Get the official 2022 Day of Change t-shirt for a $20 donation. Shirts can be shipped (+$5) or picked up at the Ronald McDonald House.
- Wear your shirt on Friday, October 14 to let everyone know you support the Ronald McDonald House. Post a picture and tag @RMHCAlabama on social to help raise awareness of #KeepingFamiliesClose.
- Shirts must be ordered by 10-3-21 if you want to make sure you receive by mail by 10-14-22.
- You could also pick up a shirt at one of our 3 McDonald’s Pop Ups! We will be in Oxford on 10/6, Vestavia Hills on 10/7 and Boaz on 10/11. Stop by between 10:30-2 and get your shirt or just say hello to RMHCA staff.
