13th Annual Red Shoe Run Celebration
Our 13th Annual Red Shoe Run was the most successful year yet, thanks to 53 teams, dozens of volunteers, sponsors, and hundreds of supporters! Despite storms in the area causing the cancellation of each race, the celebration continued in Rosewood Hall with music, dancing, and fun. The morning was complete with breakfast provided by McDonald’s, face painting, and a photo booth — even a few characters stopped by to join the fun! Our awards ceremony featured nine Team Ambassador families from all across the state of Alabama. We were excited to carry on with festivities that included honoring our top individual fundraisers and our top teams. Thanks to the efforts of so many, Red Shoe Run raised over $50,000 to benefit RMHCA.
Congratulations to all 53 of our #RSR17 Teams on outstanding efforts this year, and to all of our winners! We couldn’t do it without you!
