Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Alabama says a warm "welcome" to the families of children receiving medical care. Our home-away-from-home allows families to stay close to a sick or injured child without having to sleep in hospital waiting rooms, or bear the often unaffordable expense of a hotel room.

Families at Birmingham's Ronald McDonald House enjoy a cozy bedroom, cooking, laundry, internet and recreational facilities, dinners provided by volunteers and the support of other families and a caring staff.
